Before founding Sourcey, Geoffrey served as a Director at another well-established recruitment firm, where he managed the permanent recruitment team. In this role, he led a high-performing group of consultants specializing in placing white-collar professionals in technical disciplines. His leadership not only fostered team growth but also delivered exceptional results for clients through tailored, quality-driven recruitment strategies.

As a Director of Sourcey, he leverages this extensive experience and industry knowledge to connect top talent with leading organisations across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire, and Structural Engineering.

Ollie is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over a decade of expertise in the Built Environment across Australia and the UK.

As Director of Sourcey, he specialises in connecting top talent with leading subcontractors in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire (MEPF) disciplines.

Prior to joining Sourcey in 2024, Ollie held a senior management role at a large recruitment agency, where he led high-performing teams and developed strategic hiring solutions for the construction industry.
